July's Litter Pick in Hethersett
There were 18 people at the Hethersett Litter Pick today 🙌
My little helper and I chose to do the Hethersett Memorial Playing Field and filled a whole bag in about an hour.
Yes, in a perfect world, we shouldn't need litter picks. And there's always more we can do. But this pick is a great community event (every second Sunday of the month) and is a brilliant way for kids to understand the impact of littering on their community.
It's a good chance to have a chat over a cup of tea afterwards too ☕️
